Billericay Primary Care Network (PCN)

Billericay PCN is made up of all 6 surgeries in Billericay and works to provide care to patients town wide. Their team of pharmacists, paramedics, GP assistants, care co-ordinators work to help improve the health of our patients and care for them safely. Some of this is done remotely, but in some cases they work at the surgery directly with our patients and team.

Currently working at the surgery we have:

Jasmine Yogarajah- GP Assistant (helps behind the scenes with prescriptions, auditing etc)

Mo Azhar- Pharmacist (helps with medication safety- he may call you to discuss medication changes, blood tests etc).
