COVID VACCINATIONS.  From 30.6.21 The Emmanuel Church Hall will no longer be a covid vaccination site.  If you already have a 2nd covid vaccination booked after 30.6.21 at the Emmanuel Church Hall your appointment may be called forward (for those who had their first vaccination prior to the end of April).  Alternatively, if you had your first vaccination from the beginning of May onwards, you will need to go online to the national booking site to book your 2nd vaccination or cal NHS 119.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction. Organisations we directly work with and who work with us on our behalf include FIRZA (Pharmacists) & BBHealthcare (GP's who undertake visits and provide extended access in the evenings and weekends) and provide our COVID vaccinations.

If you have mobility difficulties you can enter the premises by use of the back door. Please use the bell for attention. However, depending on staffing levels, there may be a short delay in our responding to the doorbell. There is also a ramp at the front of the building which we hope will help those who do not wish to use the stairs. Also, if you prefer, you can ask for your consultation to be undertaken in a downstairs consulting room. Please advise the receptionist when you attend if you would like them to make this arrangement for you.
