The fastest way to get help from a clinician at Western Road Surgery is by submitting an online patient triage form (click the link above). This includes if you think you need an appointment, a follow up, a prescription, to know about a result and for administrative issues. For patients who are unable to fill this in online, reception can help if you call in or visit us (the form will then be forwarded to the GP in the same way as above).

SystmOne

SystmOne online allows you to access your records to adjust your contact details, see your clinical records, order medications on your Repeat Medication list and Cancel Appointments.

Note that online appointments are no longer bookable on SystmOne as all requests for GP consultations will flow through the online consultation system.

You can register for access to your online account by bring photo ID to reception if you are older than 14 years old, and parents and carers can link to their dependants in some situations.

For many of the things you've previously sent to reception, we'd now ask that you send an online consultation ie one off prescription requests, requests for information, sharing blood pressure readings. If in doubt, send to reception and we can reply and let you know where would be best next time.
