New Survey Results- What do patients think of triage?- March 2025

6 weeks after we started triaging all appointments in October 2024 we surveyed those who had used it. Having made improvements, we’ve recently surveyed patients who attended the surgery to see what they think (thank you if you were one of those who took the time to answer questions in early March). The results show improvement in the service since November:

How easy was the form to fill in?

Now 88% say it’s Very easy – improved from 52% in November

How good were the instructions about what happens next?

Now 91% say Very Good- improved from 57% in November

Overall how good was the service?

Now 78% say Very good- improved from 53% in November.
