Due to long waiting lists for ADHD and Autism diagnoses, Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board have commissioned Right to Choose services for:
- Adult ADHD
- Children’s ADHD
- Children’s Autism
The Owl Centre provide all the above services and their website can be found here https://www.theowl.org/
Currently there is no Right to Choose provision for Adult Autism although we are awaiting information on this from the commissioners.
Children
If your CHILD needs referral for either Autism or ADHD, please fill in the following word document (either by typing into it or printing and handwriting).

Either Parent or School to then email to secretaries.westernroadsurgerybillericay@nhs.net
Parents please note that we cannot be held responsible for chasing Schools for forms. Please liaise directly with the school for this.
We recognise these forms are lengthily but they are required for your child to proceed on Right to Choose and we cannot make referrals based on forms filled in previously.

Email this to secretaries.westernroadsurgerybillericay@nhs.net noting your Name, DOB and Address and that you wish to be referred under Right to Choose. If you could also write some brief details of how your symptoms affect your life this would be helpful.
