Western Road Surgery is a Primary and Community Care Research Practice.

We contribute to studies through the Luton, Essex and Herts Valley (LEH) Primary and Community Care Research Team who are part of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The overall aim is to improve individual care, speed up diagnosis, plan local services and enable research into new treatment.

From time to time we may contact you to ask if you would be willing to partake in studies. You will also see a list of active studies below. All the studies have strict inclusion/exclusion criteria so please check the website to see what you are eligible for (if you are not sure, contact the study team via the website).

If you do not wish to take part in studies, please either ignore the invite, or contact the surgery to opt out in the long term.
